Smart solutions, real results.

Most businesses do not need more technology. They need the right piece of it, built to fit, and kept running. JH Infotech designs, builds and looks after software that earns its place in your day.

The problem

Good businesses get stuck on small, stubborn technical gaps.

The gap is rarely dramatic. It is the report that takes a morning to assemble. The order that lives in three places. The server nobody wants to touch. The app idea that never leaves the notebook because every quote assumed a far bigger project.

  • Work that depends on one person remembering

Processes held together by spreadsheets, chat messages and habit. They work until that person is on leave.

  • Off-the-shelf tools that almost fit

Software bought for a different kind of business, bent into shape with workarounds that nobody documented.

  • Infrastructure with no owner

A virtual machine set up years ago, still running something important, with no clear plan for updates, backups or what happens when it fails.

How it fits together

From a business need to a system that keeps running.

Software is only the middle of the story. We stay for the part where it has to work every day.

Business need, software, operations Three connected stages. A business need such as manual steps, spreadsheets and waiting customers leads to software such as AI assistants, custom applications and Android apps, which leads to operations such as servers and virtual machines, monitoring and support. A dotted loop returns from operations to the business need, showing that learning feeds the next improvement. 01 · BUSINESS NEED 02 · SOFTWARE 03 · OPERATIONS Business need The thing slowing you down today Software Built to fit, not bent to fit Operations Kept running, updated, watched manual steps spreadsheets waiting customers AI assistants custom software Android apps servers & VMs monitoring support what we learn in operation shapes the next improvement

01 Start with the need

We ask what is slow, fragile or expensive right now. Sometimes the answer is a small script, not a platform. We say so.

02 Build what fits

Custom software, an AI-assisted workflow, an Android app, or a combination. Chosen for the problem, built with technology that will still be maintainable later.

03 Keep it running

Servers, virtual machines, updates, backups and a person to call. The part most projects forget to plan for.

Approach

Small steps, honest scope, no surprises.

We would rather deliver a narrow thing that works this month than a broad thing that is still "almost ready" next year.

  1. Listen

A conversation about the work itself: who does it, where it stalls, what a good day looks like. No pitch deck.

  2. Shape

A short written proposal describing what we would build first, what we would leave out, and roughly what it would take.

  3. Build

Working software early, shown to the people who will use it, adjusted while changes are still cheap.

  4. Run

Deployment, documentation, and ongoing support or hosting if you want it. You own the code and the accounts either way.
