Services
Five services. Each one starts with your actual problem.
Below is what each service covers, what it usually includes, and when it is a good fit. If you are not sure which one you need, skip straight to the contact page and describe the situation instead.
AI applied to one job at a time.
Language models and automation pointed at a specific, repetitive task, with clear boundaries on what they are allowed to decide.
Most useful AI work is unglamorous: reading documents that arrive in inconsistent formats, drafting first replies to routine enquiries, pulling structured data out of messy text, or answering staff questions from your own manuals and policies. We build these as small, inspectable tools that sit beside your existing systems rather than replacing them, and we are direct about where a model should hand the decision back to a person.
What it usually includes
- Assistants that answer from your own documents, with sources shown
- Document and email processing: extraction, classification, routing
- Drafting and summarising tools for support, sales or operations teams
- Workflow automation that combines a model with rules you control
- Evaluation: testing outputs against real examples before anything goes live
A good fit when
- A team spends hours a week reading, copying or re-typing information
- You have a clear task and real examples of good and bad outcomes
- Mistakes can be caught by a person before they matter
- You want to try AI on a bounded problem before committing widely
Software shaped around how you already work.
Web applications, internal tools and integrations, built with dependable technology and handed over with the code and documentation.
Off-the-shelf software is right for most things. Custom software earns its place where your process is genuinely your own: how orders move through your workshop, how field reports reach head office, how three systems that never planned to meet need to share data. We build the narrow piece that fits, connect it to what you already use, and keep the technology choices boring enough that someone else could maintain it later.
What it usually includes
- Internal tools and dashboards for operations, sales or finance teams
- Customer or partner portals with login, documents and status tracking
- Integrations between accounting, CRM, e-commerce and in-house systems
- Replacing a fragile spreadsheet process with a proper database and interface
- Modernising an older application without a risky big-bang rewrite
A good fit when
- You have tried off-the-shelf tools and keep working around them
- Important data lives in several places and nobody trusts any of them
- One person holds a process in their head and you want it in a system
- You want to own the result rather than rent it
Apps for people who work on their feet.
Native Android apps for staff in the field and customers on the move, from first screen to Play Store listing.
Android is where most phones in India and in many other markets live, which makes it the practical choice for apps that staff and customers will use daily. We design for real conditions: patchy connectivity, older devices, bright sunlight and one-handed use. Apps are built to work offline where they must, sync when they can, and connect cleanly to whatever backend you already run or we build alongside.
What it usually includes
- Field and delivery apps: forms, photos, signatures, location, offline sync
- Customer-facing apps for ordering, bookings, tracking and notifications
- Companion apps for an existing web system or device
- Play Store setup, release management and update cycles
- Backend APIs and admin panels when the app needs them
A good fit when
- Your team collects information on paper or in chat messages while out of the office
- Customers ask for a simpler way to order, book or check status from their phone
- You need something that keeps working when the signal does not
- Android is where your users already are
Infrastructure with a named owner.
Setup, hardening, backups, updates and monitoring for the Linux servers and virtual machines your business relies on.
Many businesses have a server or two that are quietly essential and quietly neglected: a website, a database, an accounting system, something a former contractor set up. We take ownership of that layer. That means knowing what runs where, keeping it patched, making sure backups exist and actually restore, watching for problems before users report them, and writing it all down so you are never dependent on us alone.
What it usually includes
- Provisioning and configuring servers and VMs on a cloud provider or on your own hardware
- Security basics done properly: access control, firewalls, updates, TLS certificates
- Backups with tested restores, not just scheduled copies
- Monitoring and alerting for availability, disk, memory and application health
- Migrations between providers, or from a shared host to something you control
- Documentation of every machine, service and credential location
A good fit when
- Nobody is quite sure who looks after the server
- You are moving off a website builder or shared hosting and want more control
- Downtime or data loss would be genuinely painful
- You would rather pay for steady upkeep than for emergency recovery
A technical person to call.
Plain-language advice, troubleshooting and ongoing help for teams that do not have an IT department of their own.
Sometimes the need is not a project. It is a sensible answer to "should we buy this?", help untangling a tool that has stopped behaving, a second opinion on a vendor's proposal, or someone to set up email, domains and accounts correctly the first time. We offer that as ongoing support or as one-off help, in language that does not require you to translate.
What it usually includes
- Troubleshooting software, accounts, email and connectivity problems
- Advice on buying, replacing or retiring tools and subscriptions
- Domain, DNS, email and website administration
- Reviewing proposals and quotes from other vendors
- Ongoing support for software and infrastructure we have built or taken on
A good fit when
- Technology decisions currently land on whoever is least busy
- You want continuity: the same people, who already know your setup
- You need help that is proportionate to a small or medium business
- You would like to understand your own systems a little better
Questions
Things people usually ask before they get in touch.
How do we start?
Email help@jhinfo.tech or use the contact form and describe the problem in your own words. We reply by email with questions, and if it makes sense we arrange a call. There is no charge for that first conversation.
How do you price work?
It depends on the kind of work. Projects are usually scoped and quoted in writing before we begin, with a clearly defined first phase. Ongoing server management and support are agreed as a recurring arrangement. We will always tell you what is and is not included.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We work with businesses in India and abroad. Most of the work happens remotely, with communication by email, chat and video calls at times that suit your time zone.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Source code, cloud accounts, domains and credentials are set up in your name or transferred to you. We prefer that you are never locked in to us.
Can you take over something another developer built?
Usually, yes. We start with a review to understand what exists, what state it is in, and what the risks are, then propose how to stabilise it before changing anything substantial.
Do you do design as well as development?
For the kinds of tools we build, yes: screens, flows and the overall interface are part of the work. If you need a large brand or marketing design project, we will say so and suggest how to approach it.
What if the right answer is not custom software?
Then we will tell you. Quite often the honest recommendation is an existing tool, a change to the process, or a far smaller piece of work than first imagined. We would rather be useful than busy.
Not sure which service you need?
That is normal. Describe the situation and we will tell you what we would do first, and whether we are the right people to do it.
