Nothing here comes in a box.

We do not sell ready-made products or fixed packages. Every piece of work is scoped around the business it is for, so the way to "buy" from JH Infotech is to tell us what you need and let us shape a proposal and a quote around it.

Proposals are written in plain language, with a clear first phase, what is included, and what is deliberately left out.

How an enquiry works

Three steps from "we need something" to a written quote.

No account, no cart, no checkout. A conversation, then a document you can say yes or no to.

  1. Step one

    Tell us the situation

Email help@jhinfo.tech or use the contact form. Describe what your business does and what is slow, fragile or missing. A paragraph is plenty.

  2. Step two

    We ask questions

We reply by email, usually with a few questions, and arrange a call if it helps. This is where we work out whether the right answer is software, infrastructure, support, or something simpler.

  3. Step three

    You receive a proposal

A short written proposal: what we would do first, what it includes, what it leaves out, and the cost. You decide from there, with no obligation.

What you can ask for

Anything within the five services, sized to fit.

Some enquiries are a project: an Android app for a delivery team, a customer portal, an AI assistant that answers from your own documents. Others are ongoing: looking after your servers, or being the technical person your team can call. Many are a mixture, and a good number turn out to be smaller than expected once the real problem is clear.

Projects
Custom software, Android apps and AI tools, scoped in phases and quoted in writing.
Ongoing
Server and virtual-machine management, and technology support, agreed as a recurring arrangement.
One-off help
A review of an existing system, a second opinion on a vendor quote, or a specific fix.

Ready to describe what you need?

Write to us in your own words. We will come back with questions and, if it fits, a proposal you can actually read.
